Project Description
As the Project Manager, I oversaw the design, production, and delivery of two distinct digital experiences across MITC Melaka:
- Gallery 3: A life-sized Hologram Box, featuring a 60-second video of Hang Tuah portrayed by an actor, enhanced with visual effects and a provided soundtrack.
- Gallery 4: Five Transparent LCD Displays playing 15-second looping animations with simple UI, accessible in English and Malay.
This project required close coordination with video producers, animators, and the client team to ensure historically respectful content and flawless technical integration.
Key Features
A 4K-resolution hologram display of Hang Tuah brought to life through green-screen footage, VFX, and professional sound design, enhancing realism and engagement.
Five animated transparent displays showcased bite-sized cultural narratives, with multi-language (BM/ENG) touch interaction, seamlessly blending tradition and tech.
Coordinated visual themes and timeline alignment between hologram and LCD installations ensured a unified visitor journey across both galleries.
Content was optimized for client-provided hardware, enabling smooth playback, quick setup, and easy content handover for future reuse or touring exhibits.
